What we Do?

Why Tender?

RfP Solutions generally works on an agreed day-rate basis. Our costs are in line with professional skill rates and compare favourably with fully costed use of most businesses senior internal resources.

 

•  All material produced as part of our work belongs to the client

•  Material is readily available for re-use in subsequent tenders – whether produced by us or the client

 

We understand that clients want to control costs associated with tender support so we provide an estimate of the  time and cost to complete each assignment:

 

•  If it takes less time then we reduce our charge proportionately

•  We do not normally expect to exceed estimated time costs

•  If - as work progresses or the client’s instructions develop further - we anticipate the need to exceed the estimated time, we will explain this early and obtain agreement to proceed

 

We arrange separate quotations for stenography and graphics services where they form a major part of RfP Solutions overall work with a client, for example in library build, automation and visualisation.

 

Additional costs such as travel and accommodation will be separately payable as invoiced.

Pricing

RfP Solutions provides general information, guidance and consultancy regarding practice in tendering for contracts for business. We develop and provide draft material in response to our clients' requirements, relying on input material and subsequent development with them.

We do not provide legal, accounting, technical or commercial advice or opinions. Information, guidance and consultancy services are provided in good faith without express or implied warranty.

Our client is always responsible for the approval and adoption of any material that is issued or published in its name and for the correct and compliant, on time, submission of documents or electronic information in connection with tender, contract applications or material of any nature.

 

We do not take responsibility for the success of individual bids as this depends upon many factors, not least commercial, beyond the bid response itself.
