Our principle focus is London and Home Counties but much development work - from individual RfP responses through to programme management -can be conducted via e-mail.  Assignments further afield are welcome for discussion.

We develop specific programmes for each client organisation with clear objectives, planned deliverables, estimated timings and costs.

We invoice monthly or at agreed stage payments.

You are always responsible for any statements and submissions made on your behalf by us and for the correct technical submission of responses.
